Strategic Planning & Product Development
Saidin Strategies LLC is the company I (Sam Landenwitsch) started in May 2020. The mission is to support mission-driven businesses and NGOs as they seek to compete effectively, tell their stories better, and launch new or scale existing products and initiatives. I am available for contracts ranging from monthly retainers where you decide how to use my time each month to driving specific standalone projects over short or long time frames.
You can see all of my experience in my resume, but here are the main things you might want to know. In May 2020, I left The Public Interest Network after serving as Senior Vice President and de facto CFO/COO for over a decade. I was responsible for growing the annual budget from $30M to over $80M, more than 900 full-time employees, and hundreds of advocacy and civic engagement campaigns.
I am fairly flexible, and I am always happy to talk through potential partnerships.
What can I help you do?
Strategic planning and competitive strategy analysis.
Start something new, including new lines of business, new organizational departments, new products, or new brands. I can help develop the goals, strategy, and targeting for any campaign, or work with you on the positioning, messaging, and packaging for new initiatives.
Plan civic engagement programs, including voter registration and voter contact campaigns.
Upgrade internal processes, especially improving internal communications, creating frameworks for legal and compliance, or actualizing new ideas.
Fundraising strategy and communications: I’ve raised over $5M from investors for several business ventures.
